Date Change

Following the government announcements today, the Oktoberryfest date of the 26th September has been removed from the schedule.

This page is uniquely for those who have booked tables on the dates, and provides the option to change your booking to one of the later dates, or obtain a refund.

We hope that everyone will able to join us on one of the later sessions.

Simply complete the form below and you date will automatically be changed.

If you choose to change your booking date now, you can do so with confidence, as you can also change your mind and request a refund at any time, by revisiting this page or emailing info@oktoberryfest.com

In the event of any further cancellation due to government restrictions, a full refund is of course always available.

Please note that the timings of the event on all dates has changed in line with government rules. Oktoberryfest will now open two hours earlier at 2pm, with last orders at 9pm and close at 10pm. Don’t worry if you’ve booked a later bus, these will be updated and all bus times will be made available.
